Six Power Coins; Five Zeo Crystals; Nine Phaedos Morphers; Six Astro Morphers Five Quasar Sabers; Six LightSpeed Morphers; Nine Demona Morphers.

The year is 1996. 4 years previously, Rita invaded. The first thing she did was blow the Command Center up. Zordon and Alpha were lost. After that happened, Rita, Zedd, MasterVile, the Machine Empire, including Gasket and Archerina, Vadaei, Astronema, Scorpius, Diabolico, and Mechinack all attacked Earth, subjugating its people. [Think C2D] However, resistances sprung up, and on Christmas Day, 1996, the transformation devices were revealed to the people, and henceforth sprung up - POWER RANGERS!!

September 1992.

Rita sent Goldar down to Earth, fully grown, and cloaked. He found the Command Center, and ruthlessly obliterated it. Just minutes before, Alpha had been trying to find five teens to become Power Rangers. And he had been so close, too.

A month later, the peoples of Earth were being ruled underneath the combined weight of Rita Repulsa, Lord Zedd, MasterVile, the Machine Empire, Astronema, Scorpius, Diabolico, and Mechinack. Somewhere on Earth, lay over forty transformation devices. The peoples of Earth were trained, and made ready for such a time as the forces of evil might lay their hands on the Morphers and empower their chosen with them. Onwards the forces of evil went. Mirinoi was subjugated, and it's people transferred between Mirinoi and Earth. As did happen on KO-35.

The Aquitians were under their own onslaught, as were the Triforians, Inquirians, Eltareans, and the lone Warrior of Phaedos, Dulcea. Back on Earth however....

Things were surprisingly normal. The peoples of Earth were allowed to carry on with their normal lives, to a certain point. Everyone had been pulled up and implanted with a universal translator, so as to understand the galactic languages. Many had been sent to various planets for specialised training, in hopes that they might become foot-soldiers of evil.

And on Earth, resentment grew against the people who had attacked, unprovoked. For four long years, seven separate resistances grew. Based in Mariner Bay and Angel Grove, two cities located upon large networks of ley lines. They did all they could to defeat the forces of evil. And these seven teams learned of each other, and united under one front - Viva La Resistance.

Team Angel consisted of - Tommy Oliver, martial arts instructor, Zack Taylor, hip-hop-kido expert, Kimberly Hart, gymnast, Billy Cranston, scientist, Trini Kwan, student philosopher, and Jason Lee Scott, martial arts expert.

Team Grove consisted of - Kat Hilliard, diver, Tanya Sloan, African tribal lore instructor, Rocky DeSantos, Adam Park, martial arts instructors, and David Trueheart, Indian tribal lore instructor.

Team Kerova consisted of - Andros, and Zhane, inhabitants of the planet known as KO-35, TJ Johnson, baseball player, Carlos Valertes, soccer player, Cassie Chan, music student, and Ashley Hammond, scientist.

Team MiriGSA consisted of Damon Henderson, mechanic, Maya, a former resident of Mirinoi, Kendrix Morgan, scientist, Kai Chen, third-in-command at GSA, where Kendrix and Damon also worked, and Leo Corbett, a young student wishing to avenge his brother, Mike Corbett's death.

Team Mariner consisted of - Carter Grayson, firefighter, Chad Lee, trainer at SeaWorld, Joel Rawlings, Sky Cowboy, Dana Mitchell, paramedic, Kelsey Winslow, rock-climber, and Ryan Mitchell, firefighter.

Team Capsilon consisted of - Sue Collington, Sasha Stanton, Sean Crowning, Tyra Johnson, Brianca Chang, Kim Coltran, Barakus of Triforia, Andrew Hammond, and Janet Cranston. They had trained as a unit on Capsilon IX although Brianca had done some individual training on Triforia and Janet on Eltare which made them the most experienced on their team. In fact Brianca had met Barakus during her individual training.

Team Phaedos was the unusual element. They were street kids, of an unknown heritage. Then five months after the invasion, they had been pulled up by a new force, known as Vadaei, told of their heritage, thrown to the far-distant planet of Phaedos to have it confirmed by Dulcea, - and were quickly enspelled of Dulcea's initiative so that they could never be used by evil, - and then they were beaten after Vadaei found out, and flung back to Earth. Mistri Xades. Karei Adams. Edy LaShawn. Vedi Halai. Geneva Shizli. Bambi Womba. Asharani Baha. Calcia Shizli. Dalila Calis. They had slowly gained the other's trust, once they had proved themselves to not be working for the forces of evil.

December 19th, 1996

Karei was scouting, trying not to be seen, but trying to find what the golden monkey and idiot skeleton were doing.

"I tell you, Goldar, just because you crushed the Command Center doesn't mean it's all gone. MasterVile says he's positive that there was another base somewhere!"

"Your father is ignorant, Rito." Goldar considered the conversation closed. Karei had heard all she needed, and nodding to Kim Coltran, they belted hell out of there. After a while they stopped, and took out a homemade scanner that Billy, Janet, Kendrix, Trini and Ashley had made, and took a quick scan.

"Kim, scans indicate higher levels of fluctuating particles, but it's not on any wavelength I recognise. It's certainly not UAE standard."

"That indicates teleportation, try and lock into it, and bring it here. If it's not UAE standard, then it could be someone willing to help!"

Two white flashes occurred, and a robot and a woman dressed in white appeared. She looked at the two girls, and simply waved her hand. Four flashes occurred this time, and soon, the two girls found themselves looking at a room that easily was able to fit all the resistance in, plus tables of food.

A column of light appeared, and the woman appeared in it.

"Is it not customary to greet another, when you meet?" she asked.

"Who are you?" asked Kim.

"What would you say if I said my name was Dimitria of Inquirius?"

"Welcome, Dimitria. We're the resistance. Are you UAE? Even though it's kinda late to be asking?"

"I am not part of the United Alliance of Evil. I am from the UDAB, and thus I am welcome to you?"

The girls' faces were blank, and Dimitria went further. "And it does stand for the United Department of the Allied Benevolence, does it not?"

"If you're who you say you are, then get the resistance here, pronto!" said Karei.

Power Chamber near Angel Grove: Forty-six individuals were crowding the main room of the Power Chamber while Alpha 6 was working away and Dimitria was in the tube that the late Zordon of Eltare used to inhabit. Among the individuals were Ashley Hammond and her distant cousin Andrew and T.J. Johnson and his older sister Tyra.

"Wouldn't it be easier to get things going if everyone was to become quiet?" Dimitria asked.

The room then quieted down.

"Something up Dimitria?" Tommy wondered. Everyone had quickly and quietly accepted Dimitria.

"Do we not need to plan the resistance against the forces of evil?" Dimitria inquired.

"My grandfather said how a long time ago several strange devices were hidden all over the place. Both on Earth and on other planets," Sue Collington, a girl of about seventeen with a mixture of Caucasian, Hispanic, and Asian features said.

"Is that not correct?" Dimitria wondered.

"If she asks one more question I'm outta here," Andros whispered to his old friend Zhane.

"What exactly are we looking for?" Sasha, a girl with red hair down almost to her ankles wondered.

"Somewhere around are 6 Power Coins, 5 Zeonizers, 9 Phaedosian Morphers, 6 Astro Morphers, 5 Quasar Sabers, 6 Rescue Morphers, and 9 Capsilonian Morphers."

"My friends and I are familiar with Capsilon IX," Kim Coltran a blond haired girl said.

"Kim, who leads your team, you or Susan?" Alpha wondered as he looked at Sue Collington and Kim Hart.

"Alpha, wrong Kim," Kim Coltran said. "Sue is basically our leader even though Tyra is older."

"It appears that we have a predicament of nomenclature in our group," Billy said.

Forty-four people looked at the bespectacled male with dirty blond hair.

"What Billy meant to say is we have a problem since there are two girls named Kim in the group. If we are addressing Kim when in a large group setting how do we know which Kim we are addressing?" Trini explained.

Right then Kim Coltran looked at her watch.

"Oh great. I have to get to work. Ernie will be so mad if I'm late. Well gotta go."

Kim then left through a special gate that lead to the secret base. Sue, Sasha, Janet, and Brianca left right after that.

Soon at the youth center Kim was busy behind the counter. Sasha, Janet and Brianca were sitting at a table while Sue was on the phone with her grandfather.

"OK so Grandpa you are saying how near as you know only the coins and Rescue Morphers are on Earth. Any idea where on Earth?" Sue wondered.

A pause was evident.

"Ok so the treasure is at 35d 2' 24.3" N and 120d 7' 3.5" W. You think the others are at what at 43d 22' 32.9" N and 124d 18' 18.0"W. The others you think are on other planets but you aren't sure. OK thanks Grandpa. Tell the Professor I said hi." She then returned to the table her friends were sitting at. Brianca's Thai and Malaysian features were pretty pronounced even if it only made up half her heritage.

"Janet, I'd be lost understanding your cousin without Trini on hand," Sasha said as she tried not to shift too much since she was sitting on her hair.

"Well Billy is pretty technical. No one in our family can understand him really. Sue, you find out anything from your grandfather?"

"Not much, Just a couple sets of coordinates. Maybe Janet's cousin and Alpha can pinpoint their location better."

"I'll take them to the base and see what we can do. Stand by ."

"Sue, be careful. If the UAE finds out," Brianca warned.

"I know but we have to succeed or other worlds could fall as well. The fate of the entire universe is on our shoulders. Viva La Resistance."

"Viva La Resistance," her friends repeated as Sue left.

Fairly soon Sue and Alpha were working away in a side room. Dimitria then appeared in a tube along one wall.

"Should you not summon the others?"

"Not yet Dimitria, we are trying to figure out the coordinates my grandfather gave me."

"Yo Yo Sue, Dimitria I found something. That first set of coordinates it's Zordon's old base," Alpha said. "The other set don't make sense they are off the coast of Oregon. More specifically Mariner Bay."

"In that case Dimitria I think you are right we should summon the Resistance. Have the Team leaders, and their deputies rendezvous in this chamber. The rest should wait in the outer room," Sue said.

Fairly soon Jason, Tommy, David, Rocky, Andros, Zhane, Leo, Kai, Maya because she insisted, Carter, Dana, Mistri, Karei, and Kim Coltran had met up in the smaller chamber around a table.

"OK Gang, we are starting to get a little lucky in our search. My Grandfather knew the location of the Coins and six other morphers. The Coins are hidden near the old base of the one known as Zordon."

"It's nothing but a pile of rubble right now so caution is warranted."

"What do you say Tommy, This sound like a job for Team Angel?" Jason queried of his partner.

"Sounds good Bro."

"The other morphers that are on Earth are near Mariner Bay."

"In that case Carter, Maybe Team Mariner should check it. How many are located there Sue?"

"I think 6," Sue said. "But I'm not sure."

A screen then flashed.

"Transmission coming in," Alpha said. A bald headed male then appeared on the screen.

"Professor, how did you figure out about this place?"

"Easy Sue, I'm part of the United Department of Allied Benevolence. I understand you and your friends are looking for the various transformation devices. The going won't be easy for any of you. To pull it off you must be Pure of Heart, Body, Mind and Spirit. A few of you know of legends that might be of use."

"Professor, one of the larger groups of morphers are 9 Demona Morphers. Are they maybe on your home world?" Sue wondered.

"No Sue they are not. They in fact are on Capsilon IX where you and your team had trained. I must go now. May the Power Protect you all?"

The Screen then went blank.

"That was a waste of time," Rocky said.

"Actually Rocky it wasn't. WE know that much more then we did before the Professor called," Sue said. "Kim, soon as we get done inform Team Capsilon to prepare for departure."

"You got it."

"What makes you think Team Capsilon is to go after them?"

"For one thing Karei, there are only two options Team Capsilon and Team Phaedos. It makes more sense for Team Capsilon to go. After all how do we know your team doesn't have to go to Phaedos?"

"She has a point you know," Kai said.

Maya then looked up.

"I admit Mirinoi is a pile of Rubble but I remember an elder in my village known as Jera told me once about five mystical swords that could only be wielded by the 5 chosen ones. I wonder if those swords are the Quasar Sabers."

"If that's the case Team MiriGSA probably should look for them," Kai pointed out.

"The Legend of the Stars, Andros remember that?" Zhane inquired suddenly.

"Yeah, you and I shortly before KO-35 fell were considering seeing if the myths were true. You have an idea Zhane?"

"Yeah Andros, Take T.J., Ashley, Cassie, and Carlos to KO-35 and see what we can find. I bet we can pull it off."

"Agreed."

"What about Team Grove?" David wondered.

"Do you not have the toughest quest of anyone searching through time for the Zeo Crystal?" Dimitria inquired right then.

"Must be," David responded.

Fairly soon the entire Resistance met up in the outer chamber.

"Gang, we are about to begin the toughest battle we've ever fought since banding together into one giant resistance force. It won't be an easy battle since we will be spreading ourselves pretty thin. Yet I have a feeling we will be successful. Your Team Leaders will have more information on just where you are headed. Hidden in isolated areas on both Earth and other planets are forty six transformation devices. Unfortunately some of them are in different time periods. Only by working together will we be successful in our quest. Success in our mission will bring us that much closer to bringing down evil. I want everyone to go meet with your teams and get briefed in. Then gather up what you need and meet back here tomorrow first thing. Viva La Resistance," Sue called out.

"Viva La Resistance," forty five voices echoed back.

A short time later Sue and her team were meeting around the bar at the Youth Center behind which Kim was working.

"So we are returning to Capsilon this time on a quest huh," Sean said. "Maybe while we are gone Sasha will realize she needs a haircut."

Sasha made a tasteless gesture at her teammate.

"So what if I like my hair long," she vocalized.

"Edy's and Asharani's is long. Yours almost needs two speedzone signs and a freeway overpass," Sean continued.

Sasha sent him flying off his stool onto the floor.

As they continued discussing the trip Sue noticed how quiet her African friend was.

"Tyra, something bothering you?"

"Yeah shortly before the earlier meeting I was at the doctor's office. You know how I haven't been real healthy lately. Well between the two meetings I spoke with my doctor. If he knew what we are about to do he'd probably kill me before the UAE could," Tyra told her.

"Why would be do that?" Brianca wondered.

"Because everytime for the next several months we do our jobs I would be putting two lives at risk."

Her friends were so shocked that even Sean forgot to continue his taunting of Sasha for her hair length.

"You are still making the trip aren't you Tyra?" Barakus wondered after a long pause.

"Don't know yet Barakus. I'm seriously considering not making the trip," Tyra told them.

"Tyra, we need you. I may be good at soldering electrical connections and tightening pipes not to mention programming a computer where only maybe Billy is better but when it comes to much beyond that I'm clueless. You are much better at designing and building then I ever could be," Janet told her.

"Yet you were on the Scanner team and I wasn't," Tyra said.

"We didn't need you for it Tyra. We had enough science brains on it. Kendrix is a whiz at R&D and Trini was basically there as a linguist. Ashley well she is a great drafter."

"I'll see if I can talk Karei out of the scanner. We may need it when we get back to Capsilon IX."

"We almost should make several just in case," Andrew pointed out.

The next day the teams met up and went their separate ways. Team Mariner soon arrived in Mariner Bay where they went about their usual business. Team Kerova took the Astro Megaship to KO-35. Maya used a special portal to take Team MiriGSA to Mirinoi. Team Angel went to the site of the old Command Center. Team Grove split up and headed through time. Team Phaedos headed for the world of the Ninjetti itself. Team Capsilon meanwhile returned to Capsilon IX.

Location Capsilon IX: Team Capsilon had arrived on Capsilon IX. They were greeted.

"Sue, Kim, your journey has only begun. Your Powers are located in key locations throughout the planet. Be warned though the UAE knows what you are doing."

"We will Professor," Sue said. "Viva La Resistance."

Team Angel meanwhile were also greeted upon arrival by a mysterious message.

"Greetings I am known As Zordon. If you are hearing this it means I am gone and Evil has taken over. Inside the box at my feet are six coins. To fully utilize them though you must look deep inside yourself. Just having the coin is not enough."

Carter and Ryan meanwhile were sitting with their colleagues at Mariner Bay Station 54.

"So Carter any idea what the UAE is up to?"

"None Cap," Carter said. "They tend to stay quiet about their activities."

The others meanwhile were also doing their usual things around Mariner Bay.

Three days later things started to come together in several locations.

Katherine's Quest

Kat landed in the outback, and drew a breath sharply. "Am I home?" She began to walk down a road. After a while, a car came down the road, and Kat hopped in.

"I'm looking for a crystal."

The driver, shrouded in a shawl said, "I've been waiting for you. I will bring you to the crystal." They drove on, stopping when they came to a little old lady. The lady beckoned to Kat, saying, "I've lost my way, will you help me find my way home?" Kat looked at the driver, and got out.

They began to walk toward the lady's home. Eventually they got to it, and the lady pressed a box into Kat's hands. She opened it and there was the Zeo Crystal.

In an oval shaped energy vortex Kat was summoned away.

Katherine Hilliard, why do you claim me?

Kat was in the Power Chamber.

The nine teens found themselves on the Sacred Grounds of the Ninjetti Temple.

Dulcea was waiting there. "I must awaken within you your Animal Spirits. Then you will go and find your power." She prepared the fire and blew dust at them. They were garbed instantly in the Ninjetti outfits.

Mistri headed off towards the Neola Jungle. Once he entered it, he was reminded of the helplessness he had felt, seeing his friends be tortured after Vadei had found them to be protected. He nearly passed out from the helplessness. But he remembered something.

"I didn't mean for that to happen. It was a matter of bad timing. It was never my fault." On his wrist appeared a silver band, 15 millimetres across. Right on the top appeared a coin, with the insignia of a hawk.

Rocky's Quest.

Rocky landed in a wheat field, and looked around him. It appeared to be Mexico, and a little ways away, he saw a village. He started walking towards it, and hit upon a dirt road. He then saw a young boy. "Hey!" Rocky called.

The boy turned around. "You're not from around here, are you?"

"No, I might have relatives here. I'm looking for a crystal. It's very important that I get it."

"There is only one crystal I know of. The Crystal of the Volcano. I shall lead you there."

The two people walked for a long time, and the boy got a coil of rope. Rocky was shown to the base of the volcano, and he stood there, with the rope, before determinedly walking up the slope. Rocky got to the top, tied his rope around an old tree stump, and began to lower himself in. It was hot, noisy and dirty. Finally, he got to a ledge, and saw the crystal. He grabbed it, and pulled himself up, noting a surge of blue energy running through him, plus the seismic activity dying down.

"Thank you, you showed me the way," said Rocky, once back at the village. "And I never asked your name, either."

"It's Pablo. Pablo DeSantos," said Pablo. Rocky only smiled, and then he held the crystal in front of him. A triangle of energy whipped him up, and pulled him in.

Rocky DeSantos, why do you claim me?

The next thing Rocky saw was the Power Chamber.

Bong Bong Bong Bong Bong Bong

"Station 54 structure fire with injuries 238 Main Street, 238 Main Street cross Street Oakland time out 0530."

"Great and on Christmas Day," a firefighter moaned.

They soon zoomed out to the scene. An ambulance from Mariner Bay Paramedics was also on hand with Dana and another paramedic at the wheel. Two hours later they were working away when strange devices appeared. Two of them almost identical. Carter, Ryan, and Dana regrouped.

"Well we are doing good. I think we have what we came back for," Dana said.

"Agreed Sis," Ryan said.

Meanwhile on Mirinoi Team MiriGSA found a cavern containing five swords.

"Whoa I bet those are the Quasar Sabers," Maya said just as the Sting Wingers attacked. During the Battle Leo grabbed a Sword as if it was natural. Maya couldn't believe it. Soon the others had also grabbed the remaining swords. Before too long the Sting Wingers were defeated.

David's Quest

David landed on an Indian reservation. He saw a hawk, and realising it was his guide, chased after it. He came to a mountain, and began to hike up it, noticing an old man, but allowing him to make the first move.

The man came up and said "I am True of Heart. Come listen to a story, told by my family for generations." They came to a plateau. Pointing to several drawings, True of Heart said, "A stranger will come, so the story goes, he shall come in search of the light. Symbolised by rock. A crystal, pure in Power!"

"I'm looking for the crystal, yes." said David.

"Listen to yourself, David, listen to nature, and find your crystal."

David headed off to some nearby cliffs and was not surprised to see that he had been beaten there by True of Heart. True of Heart gestured to three packages. "Only one contans the one you seek, and only one chance do you get, David."

David meditated, and the ground shook. Suddenly the rightmost one disappeared as did the leftmost one. He claimed the middle one, and found his crystal. In a star of energy, he disappeared.

David Trueheart, why do you claim me?

David found himself in the Power Chamber.

On Capsilon IX

Sasha was up to her wits with Gear Heads as she searched an area of Capsilon IX. Just as she finished the last Gearhead off while trying to stay upright she found a small wristlet on the ground.

"Gotcha," she said.

Joel meanwhile was doing some stunt flying in preparation for the next air show. He flew over by some mountains were Kelsey was relaxing by rock climbing.

"Hey Kelsey, why rock climb on Christmas talk about crazy," Joel said.

"My family says that all the time so I simply decide not to listen to them. Joel look check those out."

"I see them and the Sky Cowboy is on it."

Pretty soon both devices were in their hands.

Chad meanwhile after celebrating with his family the only one on Team Mariner to do so went swimming with his other family at SeaWorld eventually finding the last of those devices clogging an outlet drain so fresh water would constantly flow into and out of the tank.

Meanwhile on KO-35 Quantrons were causing a big headache for Team Kerova. Ecliptor was spotted making off with a chest full of ancient Kerovian writing. Zhane knocked him down and saved the chest. Inside were six small devices. Five of a wrist like variety and one that looked like a cell phone. Team Kerova then distributed the devices.

"So you dogooders managed to open the chest where I failed. It won't help you any," Ecliptor growled as he left.

Adam's Quest.

Adam landed in a mountainous area, and gasped. "The Diamond Mountains. My grandmother, she was born here!"

He soon figured out that he needed to talk to a wiseman called Kai-Ogi. But the stories of him were only legends. A man, bald, and with a goatee-like beard watched him and began to follow him, without Adam noticing.

As Adam walked through some forests, he realised he was being followed and spun on the man.

"Who are you and what do you want?" he asked. The man smiled, and gestured for Adam to follow him. After a few hours of trying to find Kai-Ogi, Adam distraughtly stated, "I'll search EVERYWHERE until I find the Zeo Subcrystal. I just don't know if i'm getting any closer!"

The old man walked with his cane in stride, as they approached a small waterfall.

He then said, "What you seek is so far ahead. You must not chase it too swiftly... because you risk running past your true goals."

They sat on a bench beside the waterfall. Adam wondered, "My true goals?! I'm looking for the Zeo Crystal!"

The old man asks, "Are you really?"

Adam thought and said, "Well, I started out trying to find the wiseman Kai-Ogi. But all I found was.... you." The grey-robed man lifted his left hand up, exhaled, and suddenly zipped up in a blur, appearing several feet away, standing on a rock in front of the waterfall. Adam looked around, until he noticed the symbolism. He ran over and smiled widely.

Adam exclaimed, "You are Kai-Ogi, aren't you?!" The grey-robed man nodded in quiet affirmation.

Adam jumped to the waterfall, and pulled out the crystal. He was enveloped in a square of energy.

Adam Park, why do you claim me?

Adam found himself in the Power Chamber.

Karei had headed off towards the Monolith, circling directly around it. A memory of the time, when she had reacted too late, and that innocent citizen had been killed. Mike Corbett. Leo's brother was dead because she hadn't reacted fast enough.

She sunk to the ground, and cried. But Leo's voice came to mind.

It was bad luck, Karei. I don't hold it against you. There will be times when we all freeze up. Let's just hope the result isn't as bad next time. And we did try to save him. We just couldn't.

Karei stood up proudly, and her morpher appeared, her coin bearing the insignia of the merlin.

Tanya's Quest

Tanya found herself in an African camp. She walked up to the person who was most likely to be in charge. "Excuse me?"

"Welcome, child. I am Ashalla. You have come in search of something?"

"A crystal," said Aisha, simply.

"I know where it is, but, you must stay here in exchange for it," said Ashalla.

"Then, I'm sorry, but no. I can't let anyone else be subjected to those horrors. Goodbye." Tanya walked off. Ashalla smiled, picked up the crystal, and handed it to a girl. "Go Aisha, and gve it to her. She is truly the one."

Aisha went and gave Tanya the crystal. Tanya was pulled up into a double bar vortex, and the crystal, sensing she had passed her test, was silent.

She then found herself in the Power Chamber.

Asharani had decided to go to the stone steps, and see what came. And she was assailed by a memory.

"Come on!" cried someone. Asharani tried to free her leg, but couldn't. And then someone came running back to her, and freed her. There was a sharp, sizzling sound, and they slumped to the ground.

"It wsasn't my fault." A morpher appeared. Insignia, seagull.

Back in Angel Grove Team Angel was trying to keep a whole array of Putties and Tengas at bay. Finally a new message appeared once again from Zordon.

'You six have proven yourselves worthy of the Power stored within the Coins.' Six small devices then appeared in their hands. 'Kimberly, graceful and swift, you control the Pteradactyl, Jason, mighty and strong, you control the mighty Tyrannosaurus, Zack bold and powerful the mighty Mastodon suits you. Trini, you are priviledged enough to control the Saber Toothed Tiger. Billy, your body gives you control of the Triceratops, and finally the noble Tommy and Dragonzord is yours.'

Sue meanwhile was walking through the mountains with Sean when the Gearheads attacked.

"The Professor did warn us that the UAE knew what was going on," Sean pointed out.

"I know but I didn't figure we would be attacked while on our quests."

They then battled back the last two revealing their devices.

Vedi, Edy, and Calcia had gone to the monolith, circling away from Karei's path. They were hit by the memory of Edy's rape, where Vedi and Calcia had done nothing, to keep her alive.

"Why?" The same question issued from their lips.

"We wanted to keep each safe. You would have died if we'd moved so much as an inch," whispered Calcia. "And we've died too, if you'd resisted."

"I know... But it still hurts..."

"We're still here, though.."

Three flashes of light, and they had their morphers. Vedi, the condor, Edy, the owl, and Calcia, the harrier.

Andrew and Janet were also working together when Janet fell into a hole. Andrew worked hard to find a rope and pull her out. When Janet was free she found a device on her wrist and another one on the rope.

Geneva and Dalila were on the Sacred Grounds, when they remembered the night when everything had fallen, and they hadn't been able to go back into the fire, and rescue the two girls.

But inner strength won out, and they examined their morphers. Geneva, the osprey and Dalila, the Parrot.

Tyra was doing what she could to protect her unborn child by just resting away when Hankoid came upon her.

"Humans are so lazy, no wonder your world fell. You all can't go an entire day without resting."

"Up yours Bud," Tyra said. "Humans have accomplished a lot even though we have to stop to do things like sleep. In fact the very fact that we have leisure time allows us to utilize our minds. My mind is sharper then your sword and more powerful then the most powerful blaster. Why because I use my mind instead of a sword or a blaster or anything. While I may be a mere resistance fighter I'm a resistance fighter with intelligence."

Hankoid went off. The Professor appeared next to her.

"Good work Tyra, even with your condition you knew enough to know that one must not always resort to physical blows when they encounter the enemy. I believe that morpher next to you is yours."

"Thank you Professor. Yet I won't be able to always talk my way out of a situation. What would I do about my baby when that happens?"

"The power will protect both mother and child."

Bambi had made it to the Monolith without being assailed with her worst memory. But, she still faced it.

When at thre, she had been kidnapped from her parent's home after they were killed, she had been rescued by someone, and taken to a graveyard, and left in a freshly-dug grave. She was more alone then, than she had ever been before.

Once more, inner strength won out, and she was the Pelican.

Mechinack himself meanwhile was going up against Brianca.

"You are a good student Human. You do realize that no amount of training can prepare yourself for me. Gearheads attack."

Brianca with her training had very little trouble going up against the Gearheads. She even managed to send a few blows at Mechinack himself. The ugly villain usually managed to deflect them. Finally she spotted the device. As she grabbed it the villain almost looked like he wanted to quake in his boots. Of course Mechinack was the ugliest villain even uglier than Scorpius.

"You asked for it Mechinack," Brianca said. "Demona Ranger Power."

When Brianca was next seen it was in a Blue Ranger uniform. Shortly after that the Rangers retreated.

Barakus ended up encountering a monster while swimming. He had a hard time against the monster but he eventually managed to get it defeated and noticed a small device on the ocean floor.

The resistance fighters then went by whatever means back to the resistance base.
