(Camera pans over to the door and Tommy walks in and stands next to Adam.)
Tommy
Billy, how are you coming along with Alpha 6?
Billy
I've transferred all of his files to my PC. To prevent any trauma for
Alpha 6, I've decided to delete all data concerning Zordon.
(The camera pans toward the door again as Kimberly walks in to Billy's lab. She walks over to where the boys are standing.)
Kimberly
Billy, Tommy, Adam, I've just been informed that my Grand-Uncle JJ Hart
has just passed away.
Tommy
Kimberly, I'm so sorry.
Kimberly
He was a millionaire who loved to buy old houses, fix them up and sell
them for profit. Anyway he has left me a substantial number of properties
in his will. I don't know why. I didn't even know him that well.
(Rocky and Aisha run in)
Kimberly
Well, I'm 18 now, I suppose I could sell off a lot of the properties and
save one for myself.
Billy
I think I know what you could do with a few of those houses.
Rocky
Hey, Tommy, doesn't it seem a little strange that Zedd hasn't attacked
the city since he destroyed the Command Center.
Tommy
Yeah, you're right. Billy, give Rocky, Aisha and Kimberly their new communicators
and show them how to use it. I'll go get the jeep and we'll take a ride
to see if anything unusual is going on in town. Adam stay here and help
Billy with Alpha 6.
Billy
O.K., these are our new wrist communicators. They are voice actuated.
Only you will be able to use them. They work in conjunction with each
of your bio-signs. When they are removed, they are incapacitated.
Rocky, Kimberly, Aisha
Thanks, Billy. We'll see you later.
(The camera follows as Rocky, Kimberly and Aisha walk out of Billy's Lab strapping on their new communicators.)
Scene 34
(The camera angle changes to the exterior of Billy's house. As they get
into the Jeep, the sky darkens and lightning flashes across the sky. The
camera pans upward to reveal Retsinis Nemar's face becomes visible against
the clouds. Slime Green's voice is heard first)
(As Loud feedback and Thumping is heard Rangers cover their ears and wince) (The camera pans back down toward the Rangers as Billy and Adam join the others to glance skyward at this new menace.)
Emerald Slime
(Emerald Slime is heard Pounding on the mic)
Attention, Attention. Testing. Is this thing on? Hello.
(He gives mic a couple more hits.)
Okay your Evil Imperialness, you're on.
(Camera pulls back to show the Rangers looking toward the sky at Retsinis Nemar's evil visage.)
Retsinis Nemar
(In a loud booming voice) Attention good people of Earth, I am is Retsinis
Nemar. I have decided that I like your little blue planet, but I don't
like any of you. This is to inform you that you have 24 hours to evacuate
the surface before I pluck you from this planet and throw you into the
sun. I will then enjoy this planet for myself. Thank you all.
(Retsinis Nemars image fades and is replaced with an image of DiamondFear)

This has been an announcement from the Retsinis Nemar. Please be off the
planet by 2:30 pm Pacific Standard Time tomorrow. Thank you for your cooperation.
(Emerald Slime's Image replaces DiamondFear's)

(Starts Singing the Theme from Friends)
"I'll be there for you!" O.K., everybody now, the whole planet, let's
all sing, "I'll be there for you......
(A loud slap is heard, followed by a scream and the mic going dead.)
Scene 35
(Scene goes back to jeep. Camera focuses on the Rangers standing next
to the jeep.)
Aisha
What was that all about?
Tommy
Beats me. But it's definitely a job for the Power Rangers.
Billy
We've got 24 hours. I'm going back into my lab to find the source of that
transmission.
Tommy
When you do, contact me A.S.A.P with the new wrist communicators.
Kimberly
Tommy, How are we going to stop a monster like that.
Tommy
First we're gonna have to find out where Retsinis Nemar is.
Rocky
Wait a minute, if everyone on the planet heard the annoucement, there's
going to be chaos.
Aisha
Quick, lets go to the hangar and get the Ranger Jet, there's probably
going to be a lot of pandemonium in the city.
Rocky
Good Idea, Aisha.
Kimberly
The people of Angel Grove may need our help.
Tommy
Alright everybody, let's go!
(The Rangers pile into the Jeep, a close up of Tommy as he revs the engine and the camera pulls back to reveal the jeep as it reverses out of the driveway and they ride off down the road.)
(fade out)
Scene 36
(Fade in: The Moonbase. DiamondFear is pacing in front of Lord Zedd's
throne where Retsinis Nemar now sits. The Dark Rangers stand in the background
trying to look busy.)
DiamondFear
Boss, how are you going to rid the planet of humans with the Rangers in
your way?
Retsinis Nemar
That will be your job, DiamondFear. You and the other Dark Rangers must
destroy the Power Rangers to keep them out of my way. There must not be
anyone left that can interfere with my plans.
DiamondFear
They're very powerful. How are we going to destroy them?
Retsinis Nemar
Without their precious powers and Zordon's guidance they should be relatively
easy to finish off.
DiamondFear
Shall we go to Earth and destroy them now?
Retsinis Nemar
No, don't destroy them yet, take Lord Zedd's emergency shuttle, go to
Earth and make sure that they don't interfere with my plans. Destroy them
only if they get in the way. Do you understand?
DiamondFear
Yes Retsinis Nemar.
Retsinis Nemar
On your way!
(DiamondFear motions to the Dark Rangers. The camera follows them as they walk out the door, down the corridor and enter the lift that will take them to the shuttle area.)
Scene 37
(Scene changes back to the throne room as Retsinis Nemar looks out over
the balcony he sees the shuttle take off and leave for Earth.)
Scene 38
(Scene cuts to Tommy, Rocky, Aisha, & Kimberly in the jeep. Camera pulls
back and shows Tommy turning into the Angel Grove Park. Tommy parks the
jeep in front of a picnic area as his communicator beeps)
Billy
(Voice is heard through communicator) Tommy, I've located the source of
Retsinis Nemar's transmission. It's coming from the moon, specifically
from Lord Zedd's Castle.
Tommy
Lord Zedd's Castle?
(Camera pulls back to show the other Rangers crowded around Tommy.)
Rocky
What's Retsinis Nemar doing at Lord Zedd's Castle?
Kimberly
Where's Lord Zedd?
Tommy
Let's find out. We'll fly over the city first and then go on to the Moonbase.
(The camera pulls back as the Rangers jump out and run toward the Treevator. Fade out.)
Scene 39
(Fade in: Inside the elevator. As they exit the elevator they face the
camera in a straight line as they change into the Ninja Rangers.)
Tommy
Ninjetti!
(They all transform in an expanding, blinding white light which contracts to reveal them with their Ninjetti costumes in a martial arts stance. The Rangers run into the Ranger Jet.)
Scene 40
(The camera follows them running into the jet, the hatch closes and the
Ion engines fire. The camera follows the Ranger jet out of the Hanger
and pans upward as it takes to the skies.)
Scene 41
(Scene cuts back to Billy's Lab, where Billy sits at the computer.)
Billy
Adam. I'm finished downloading what's left of Alpha 5's memory. I'm about
to activate his CPU.
(The lightning bolt on chest plate and eyes light up.)
Alpha 6 can you hear me?
Alpha 6
Yes, Billy. I can hear you. Where am I?
Billy
You're in my lab and we've got a lot of work to do.
Alpha 6
What has happened to the Command Center? What are we doing in your Lab?
Billy
The Command Center was attacked and destroyed. Do you remember who did
it? Was it Lord Zedd?
Alpha 6
No Billy, It was the Dark Rangers. They were carrying a disk shaped device.
I tried to subdue them but the green one fired something at me and that's
all I remember.
Billy
Well, this is what's happened so far.
(Camera pulls back and Billy's voice becomes fainter as everything fades to black.)
Scene 42
(Scene changes to Ranger Jet flying over the city.) (Camera zooms in on
the video screens in cockpit reveal chaos in the city. Accidents, looting,
and general disorder are running rampant in the streets. The camera pans
over to Aisha's workstation.)
Aisha
My god. It's like an animal house down there. There are car accidents
everywhere. People are running around with no place to go.
(Camera pans over to Tommy)
Tommy
There's nothing we can do to help them right now except find Retsinis
Nemar and put him out of business.
(Camera moves back toward Aisha, then focuses on Kimberly.)
Kimberly
Let's go get him.
(Camera pulls back to show whole cockpit)

YEAH!!!!!
Scene 43
(Scene changes to ext. of the Ranger Jet as it fires its Ion engines and
heads out of the earth's atmosphere and toward the moon.)
Scene 44
(Scene cuts to interior of Ranger Jet. Rocky is sitting at his station.
He swivels in his chair.)
Rocky
Stealth mode, Tommy? The Moon is coming up pretty fast.
(Camera pans to Tommy)
Tommy
Yeah, I don't want to let them know we're coming.
(Camera pans back to Rocky and he presses some buttons on his panel.)
Rocky
Stealth mode, hot and running.
(Scene cuts to exterior of Moonbase) (VFX: Ranger Jet in stealth mode lands on moon.)
Scene 45
(Scene Change: Close up of Rangers, buckling and then activating life
support belts and walk toward the Airlock.)
Scene 46
The airlock opens and the Rangers walk out onto the moonscape, leaving
the jet and heading for what was once Lord Zedd's castle. Fade out)
Scene 47
(Fade in: Rangers walk up to the base of the plateau where the castle
stands dark and ominous looking in the Earthlight. Kimberly walks up to
Tommy and places a hand on his shoulder.)
Kimberly
Tommy, Do you remember how to get in there?
Tommy
Yes. There should be a passageway that goes under the castle and leads
up into the dungeon right around here.
(Camera follows Tommy's gaze as he looks around.)
It's this way. Follow me.
(Rangers follow Tommy to the left and dissolve) (Cut to: Inside the passageway)
Aisha
Kimberly, how does Tommy know his way around Lord Zedd's Castle?
Tommy
I'll answer that. Before I became the White Ranger, I worked for Rita
as the Evil Green Ranger. These tunnels were part of my training ground.
That's how I know this place inside and out.
Rocky
Evil Green Ranger?
Tommy
Yeah, But that was before I was freed by Jason, your predecessor, the
original Red Ranger. Now I'm better than the Evil Green Ranger ever was.
Okay, we've reached the dungeon, everyone stay alert.
(Long shot from dungeon behind them: They all walk away from the camera through the corridors of the castle and find themselves in the throne room. The camera pulls back to show the audience a wide view of the Throne Room as the Rangers wander around.)
Tommy
Where is everybody? Rita used to have putties and monsters roaming the
halls. Where'd all this machinery come from? I wonder what happened here.
(Beeping sounds emanate from the armrest of the throne)
Aisha
What's that beeping sound.
Rocky
Hey quiet. I hear somebody coming.
Tommy
Quick everybody, this way! Stay down and don't make a sound!
(The Rangers duck behind a huge piece of machinery.)
(Retsinis Nemar enters the Throne Room and activates the communication equipment to recieve an incoming message from the Dark Rangers.)
DiamondFear
(heard over the comm speakers.)
Boss, there's widespread panic and chaos in the streets and there's no
sign of the Rangers. Maybe they wimped out and teleported off the planet.
Retsinis Nemar
No, they wouldn't leave at a time like this. I believe they're somewhere
close by. My work is almost complete on the Nemesis cube. Stay on Earth
and just make sure the Power Rangers don't interfere with my plans.
(Retsinis Nemar leaves throne room.)
Rocky
Whoa. That was too close.
Tommy
I don't think it would be a good idea to fight him now. Without Billy
and Adam, we aren't at full strength.
Aisha
Let's see if we can figure out where Retsinis Nemar is keeping the Nemesis
cube that will rid the earth of all human life.
Tommy
I have an idea as to where he might have it. Let's go.
(The camera follows the Rangers as they exit the Throne Room and walk quietly down the corridor. Tommy looks around the corner.)
Tommy
Yes. I knew it. Retsinis Nemar has placed the in Finster's Workshop. He
has two Monsters that I've never seen before guarding the door. They look
like their made from rock, but they're green. Let's get back to the throne
room and see if we can find some sort of blueprints or information lying
around that Billy can use it to discover what Retsinis Nemar's vile contraption
is and how he plans to use it.
Scene 48
(The Rangers run back to the Throne Room.)
Kimberly
Let's do this quickly. This place gives me the creeps.
Tommy
Aisha, You look through that pile of papers near the throne. Rocky and
Kimberly, look for anything that looks technical and important. I'll stand
guard.
(Rangers rifle through papers and other assorted rubbish littering the throne room)
Rocky
Hey! I think I found something. I can't read it though. It's written in
some sort of weird Alien language.
(He shows Tommy the schematics for the Nemesis cube .)
Tommy
Good work. Maybe Billy and Alpha can interpret what it says and tell us
how it works. Now let's get out of here before we're seen.
(Rangers exit the throne room and dissolves to:)
Scene 49
(To exit at the base of the castle. The camera pans with the Rangers as
they run out and back into the Ranger Jet. The Ranger Jet fires it's ion
engines and they leave the surface of the moon.)
Scene 50
(Scene cuts to Billy's lab. Adam walks over to where Billy is standing,
talking to Alpha 6 and taps him on the shoulder. Billy turns to face Adam
as the camera zooms in.)
Adam
Alpha, Billy, have you figured a way to restore our Ranger powers? Tommy
just called on the communicator and told me he's found what he thinks
is some sort of schematic for Retsinis Nemar's human extricating device.
Billy
Well, Adam, I've just finished examining our Power coins and Morphers.
The coins have been reduced to lumps of burnt metal and the Morphers have
been incinerated and won't be functioning with or without the coins. It's
going to be a literally impossible to restore our original powers. I'll
have to figure out regain our Ranger abilities.
Alph
Oh Billy. I have no doubt you'll figure it out. I have complete confidence
in you. After all, you re-built me didn't you?
Billy
Thanks for the vote of confidence, Alpha. But it's going to take more
than confidence to get our Ranger powers back.
Adam
What about the Dark Rangers? Didn't you say that they have almost identical
powers to us? Do you think it would be possible to regain our powers from
their Gems?
Billy
I really don't know, Adam. Since the Dark Rangers Gems were forged as
weapons of chaos and destruction, I don't know that we won't become evil
if we try to use those Gems. Alpha, do you have any data that show what
our coins are composed of and how they were created?
Alpha
I do Billy. The Power Coins were made from a very mysterious compound
found only in the Desert of Despair. These alloys project your inner strengths.
In other words, if you are a good person with a kind heart, your power
coin will shine with the light of mercy, compassion, and kindness - this
is what the Power Rangers are.
Adam
And if you are full of hate, the power coins will project a Dark Aura
of chaos and tyranny.
Alpha
The coins were created by a mystical being known as Ninjor.
Billy
That's it! I can use a Dark Ranger's Power Gem to morph. All I have to
do is to build new morphers.
Alpha
Billy, That may not be a wise move, I don't think you would want "those"
power Gems. They've been used for evil.
(Tommy and the others run in.)
Tommy
Billy! Adam! Have you figured out a way to get our Ranger abilties back
yet? I don't think we can defeat Retsinis Nemar with just our Ninjetti
skills. He's way out of our league.
Billy
I only have a theory. And it's not guaranteed to work. It will require
a Dark Ranger's Power Gem to be tested. I'll also need to build five all
new morphers for you. I have only built one to test the idea.
Tommy
Billy, what if it doesn't work? Earth's population will be destroyed in
20 hours and we'll be powerless to stop it, unless you can decipher these.
Billy
What are they exactly? It's written in a strange alien language. As far
as I can tell, the ancient manuscript is describing the process in which
this will transport all life from a planet into the nearest star. Alpha,
can you see if your dialect program is operational? Search specifically
for ancient Cal Rixxian.
Alpha
I've found it Billy. Let's see now.......
(Camera pans to the left, through the garage wall to reveal the outside of Billy's Lab and the dangerous looking individual is peering in the window and listening to our heroes make plans.)
Sapphire Storm
(Activates DarkRanger Com) DiamondFear, This is Sapphire Storm. I have
located the Power Rangers new Command Center. It is in the Blue Ranger's
lab and garage, just outside the city in the suburbs. They are planning
to interfere with Retsinis Nemar's plans. I think now would be a good
time to destroy them.
DiamondFear
(Heard over Dark Ranger Comm) No. They haven't interfered yet. We'll wait
until they are about to carry out their plan, and then we strike. We.....
Sapphire Storm
Wait a minute. They're all leaving. I'm going to investigate the lab while
they're gone. See what I can turn up.
DiamondFear
(Heard over Dark Ranger Comm) Okay. But be careful. You don't want to
be seen or have anyone alert those power teens to your presence. DiamondFear
out.
Sapphire Storm
Those pitiful teens are the Power Rangers? They left Retsinis Nemar's
plans lying in plain sight. I'll just take them back and maybe Retsinis
Nemar will make me the Dark Ranger's new leader.
Scene 51
(Scene cuts to outside of Billy's Lab. The camera follows Sapphire Storm
as he walks to door and opens it. He enters the dark garage and walks
over to the main table where he picks up the blueprints. As soon as he
lifts them off the table, Lights begin to flash and alarms goes off.
Sapphire Storm
What th.....?
(VFX: A force field is activated holding Sapphire Storm inside the lab. The camera pans over to the door and goes through it to show Tommy's jeep pulls up to the lab and follow them as they walk in and confront Sapphire Storm. The panel on the floor slides open and Alpha 6 rises through the shaft in the ground to stands next to the Rangers )
Billy
You were right, Tommy. We were being spied on. How did you know?
Tommy
I didn't. I glanced up at Alpha Six and saw this guy's reflection in Alpha's
head.
Sapphire Storm
So. You are smarter than I originally gave you credit to be.
Tommy
Who are you and why were you spying on us?
Sapphire Storm
You'll find out why I was spying on you soon enough. As for who I am
(Pulls out a Light Blue Object with a Sapphire embedded in it)
SAPPHIRE!!!!
(VFX: Thunder cracks and lighting flashes, filling the inside the force field with a brilliant light. Sapphire Storm morphs from humanoid form to Dark Ranger.)
Tommy
You're a Dark Ranger!! Billy, put more power to the force field so he
can't teleport out.
(As Billy rushes to the wall, the camera pulls back to reveal Sapphire Storm stuck in the force field.)
Sapphire Storm
You're too late power-less Rangers. I 'm outta here. Bye-bye!!!!!
(VFX: Sapphire Storm Teleports out, the lights kick in and the alarms stop. Tommy walks over to Alpha.)
Tommy
Alpha, can you track him? Can you tell me where he went.?
Alpha
Oh Aiyiyiyiyiyi! I think I can.
(The camera moves with Alpha 6 as he goes to a tracking device next to
Billy's Computer.)
Tommy, Sapphire Storm's teleportation beam has disappeared from our tracking
scopes at the city limits.
(The camera pulls back to show a wide shot of the Rangers standing around the main table in the lab.)
Tommy
Alright guys, we know what Retsinis Nemar's plan is, but we've got to
find out why the Dark Ranger's are on Earth and find a way to defeat them
before the deadline.
Kimberly
If they decide to attack the city, we can't stop them because we don't
have our powers.
(The camera zooms in on Tommy.)
Tommy
We still have our Ninjetti skills. Billy, how is the work coming on the
new morphers? Will they interface with the Dark Ranger gems? If they are
compatible, or will the Dark power make us just as bad as they are?
(The camera pans to Billy.)
Billy
I don't know that yet, In case my theory about the Dark Ranger gems doesn't
work I have been working on something else. Come take a look. Alpha, will
you please connect your holographic projector to my PC?
(Billy types furiously at the keyboard and brings a file up on the screen. It is too small to be seen by the audience so Billy calls Alpha over.)
Alpha 6
All right Billy.
(The camera pans from Billy to Alpha as Billy holds up a cord with a connecter attached to it. Alpha takes the cable from Billy and connects the cable to a port under the thunder bolt on his chest plate)
(Light is projected from Alpha's eyes and projects an all new type of suits, almost identical to the first motion picture.)
Billy
I give you Techno Ranger Battle Suits. It will be made from the same material
as Alpha is made of. It's almost identical to our original Power Suits.
There's also an added bonus. The suits will have weapon firing capabilities,
and each of us will have a different power.
Tommy
That's amazing Billy. How will these work?
Billy
The Techno Suits will be powered by our goodness in our hearts, our spirits
and our internal strengths. It is important to run the suits with the
least amount of electricity as possible. The only way I could figure to
power the suit was to run it off of our internal strengths utilizing the
few bits and pieces left of our original coins.
(Shows the Rangers Schematics of the New Suits on his PC)
According to Alpha 6, our power coins work off of our character. The more confident you are of yourself, the stronger your suit. People with traditional martial arts training will benefit the most.
Tommy
That's right, Martial arts teaches us "SELF IMPROVEMENT". The more we
improve ourselves, the more of a benefit to society we become. Always
set goals for yourself. Above all, always challenge yourself to be better
than you are.
Billy
Precisely, the more you understand these concepts, the better a person
you become, the stronger the Techno Suits becomes.
Tommy
That's amazing Billy, Well Done!!!
Billy
The Power Rangers is not the fancy equipment or mystical power. The true
power of the POWER RANGERS come from within, a compassionate heart will
win out over evil any day.
Aisha
Our benevolent hearts will win out in the end?
Billy
Yes, ( to Aisha) your strength will be your kindess, your ability to forgive.
Aisha
I understand. (nodding)
Billy
I'm still in simulation tests. It can't be considered for use until I've
completed testing.
Tommy
How long will it take to complete?
Billy
I have Alpha working on them now in the back room. I keep it locked because
that's our temporary Command Center. My parents think it's a dark room,
so they won't open the door and look around.
Rocky
But what about that Dark Ranger that just broke in? We have to find out
what they wanted from us.
Aisha
What if it's a trap? Without the Command Center, we can't monitor the
outskirts of the city.
Kimberly
If those nasty Dark Rangers are planning a trap, why would they want to
spy on us to see what we're doing.
Adam
He was the bait, Kim. He figures if we just follow him recklessly and
without caution just to find out what he was doing here, we will walk
right into a trap.
Tommy
Well, let's go find out what that Dark Ranger really was doing here. Alpha
finish those Techno suits quickly and let us know when we can use them.
Billy, stay here and get those tests done. If we need help, I call you
on the communicator.
(Rangers run out of the Lab)
